Wholly Handmade has partnered with Taste of Edmonton in 2024 to bring you an exciting new artisan market!

THE Market by Wholly Handmade will run in conjunction with Taste of Edmonton July 18-28, 2024 at Churchill Square. This exclusive market will run for the entirety of the festival and will feature 33 vendors per day.

-          Indigenous artisans

-          Unique handmade goods

-          Gourmet food and beverage items (non-alcoholic)

What will not be accepted?:

-          Alcohol products

-          Inappropriate items for a family festival including racial slurs, explicit sexuality, homophobia, islamophobia, etc.)

-          Manufactured or imported items

-          Vintage goods and antiques

-          Direct sales or multi-level marketing companies (Epicure, Tupperware, Mary Kay etc.)

-          Food products that conflict with Taste of Edmonton restaurant partners offerings

 

The fees for participating in the THE Market by Wholly Handmade is as follows:

Entry Fee for 2 Days (must choose consecutive days) July 18 & 19, 2024, July 20 & 21, 2024, July 25 & 26, 2024, or July 27 & 28, 2024:  $525 Incl. GST

Entry Fee for 3 Days: July 22, July 23 & July 24, 2024  $630 Incl. GST

Entry Fee for 4 Days: July 18, July 19, July 20 & July 21, 2024 or July 25, July 26, July 27 & July 28, 2024: $945 Incl. GST

Entry Fee for 5 Days: July 18, July 19, July 20, July 21 & July 22, 2024 $1181.25 Incl. GST

Entry Fee for 6 Days: July 23, July 24, July 25, July 26, July 27 & July 28, 2024 $1417.50 Incl. GST

Entry Fee for all 11 Days: July 18, July 19, July 20, July 21, July 22, July 23, July 24, July 25, July 26, July 27 & July 28, 2024 $2362.50 Incl. GST

*Single day entry fee: $210 Incl. GST per day week days (Monday-Thursday) and $262.50 Incl. GST per day on the weekend (Friday-Sunday).

Single days will only be offered, if needed to fill all spaces.

 

Applications will be reviewed on a per need basis for the market to ensure a wide variety of offerings for festival patrons!

Applications will be processed based on specific needs of each event, rather than a first come first serve basis.

After you submit your application, it will be reviewed and you will receive confirmation of your application status shortly.

Please complete the form application. Once we receive your application we will review it for approval. If you are approved to be a vendor at your desired event you will receive an email with instructions on sending your payment.

MAKE SURE YOU TO CHECK FOR OUR RESPONSE IN YOUR JUNK FOLDERS! Depending on what email platform you use, you may find our communications in the promotions, social or spam folders. You will receive confirmation of your application within a few moments of submitting your application. Most email providers will give you the option to mark us not spam so we don’t get lost in the future.
