WHOLLY HANDMADE SHOPPING EXTRAVAGANZA
Please complete the form application. Once we receive your application we will review it for approval. If you are approved to be a vendor at your desired event you will receive an email with instructions on sending your payment.
MAKE SURE YOU TO CHECK FOR OUR RESPONSE IN YOUR JUNK FOLDERS! Depending on what email platform you use, you may find our communications in the promotions, social or spam folders. You will receive confirmation of your application within a few moments of submitting your application. Most email providers will give you the option to mark us not spam so we don’t get lost in the future.

THE Market by Wholly Handmade
Wholly Handmade has once again partnered with Taste of Edmonton for 2027 to bring you an exciting artisan market experience. Applications will open November 1, 2027
THE Market by Wholly Handmade will run in conjunction with Taste of Edmonton July 22-August 1, 2027 at Churchill Square. This exclusive market will run for the entirety of the festival and will feature over 30 vendors per day.
New for 2027!!
- Integration with more restaurant partners than 2026 within the market space
- Additional vendor spots located near the centre of the square
- Exciting changes within Taste of Edmonton to be announced at a later date

What will not be accepted?
- Alcoholic products
- Inappropriate items for a family festival including racial slurs, explicit sexuality, homophobia, islamophobia, etc.
- Manufactured or imported items
- Weapons or knives
- Vintage goods and antiques
- Direct sales or multi-level marketing companies (Epicure, Tupperware, Mary Kay etc.)
- Food products that conflict with Taste of Edmonton restaurant partners offerings
The fees for participating in the THE MARKET by Wholly Handmade are as follows:
Entry Fee for 2 Days: July 22 & 23, 2027, July 24 & 25, 2027, July 29 & 30, 2027, or July 31 & August 1, 2027: $550 Incl. GST
Entry Fee for 3 Days (Weekday): July 26, July 27 & July 28, 2027 $650 Incl. GST
Entry Fee for 3 Days (Weekend): July 23, July 24 & July 25, 2027 or July 30, July 31, & July August 1, 2027 $800 Incl. GST
Entry Fee for 4 Days: July 22, July 23, July 24 & July 25, 2027 or July 29, July 30, July 31 & August 1, 2027 $1000 Incl. GST
Entry Fee for 5 Days: July 22, July 23, July 24, July 25 & July 26, 2027 $1250 Incl. GST
